A successful entrepreneur and business owner, Richard Hadar used the proceeds from the sale of his second company to co-found Allied Partners, a real estate development and management company; investing in his first buildings in 1993 — a group of Greenwich Village retail stores on Sixth Avenue. As the owner of Allied, Hadar served as Chairman and provided financial backing for the overhead, property acquisitions, mezzanine and bridge loans between 1993 and 2003. Hadar currently invests in properties through his firm Richard Hadar Funding, LLC.
Since 1993, the cumulative value of properties funded by Richard Hadar has grown to more than $2 billion, representing interests in over five million square feet of commercial space. Hadar investments have included such signature Manhattan sites as Citicorp Center and the LVMH Building at 57th Street and Fifth Avenue.
