In the last 3 years, Richard Hadar has diversified his real estate portfolio all across the United States. Highlights of his investments include the original Boeing Headquarters in Seattle, WA last year as well as the Kenton Circle Office Park in Charlotte, NC., comprised of three fully occupied office buildings built on over 6 acres of land with substantial space for expansion. The addition of four Marriott Hotels, two each in San Diego and New Orleans, totaling over 1000 rooms. Three years ago the addition of four buildings in the Wynwood section of Miami, FL has proven to be excellent timing for that area. Hadar continues his partnership with ABS Partners Real Estate in adding strategically placed properties to his investments, as well as with Acre Valley Real Estate Capital, of which he is the Chairman.
